Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate and mortgage lending in Boston, Elizabeth’s connection to the industry began early—stuffing envelopes for her aunt’s real estate campaigns and working on downtown Boston developments. That early exposure sparked a lifelong dedication to real estate, which she now channels into serving clients across Sarasota and beyond.

Elizabeth moved to Sarasota in 2004 and has witnessed the region’s remarkable transformation firsthand. Her local expertise is enriched by a global perspective—shaped by time spent living in Costa Rica and earning a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship. Her international studies took her to São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico, and the Caribbean, experiences that help her connect with a diverse range of clients and understand the evolving nature of Sarasota’s real estate market.

Before becoming a Realtor, Elizabeth spent 15 years as a top-producing mortgage loan originator, successfully structuring thousands of transactions. From crafting creative deals—like helping a family purchase two duplexes as one transaction with minimal down payment—to navigating complex luxury probate sales, she brings a level of strategic thinking and financial acumen that gives her clients a competitive edge.

Outside of real estate, Elizabeth leads an active life filled with travel, skiing, tennis, boating, and cheering on her son Matty at the baseball field alongside her husband, Wayne. She’s also a dedicated community volunteer. On Wednesday evenings, you’ll find her mentoring teens at Sarasota Teen Court, and in times of crisis—like during Tropical Storm Debby and Hurricanes Milton and Helene—Elizabeth rallied troops and walked into neighborhoods day after day to rip out flooring, drywall and kitchens in homes that had been devestated by floods to help neighbors rebuild.
